He also headed the health technology department at NHSRC under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India, and the advisor - health & medical technology to Government of Andhra Pradesh. His vision to create India's first medical device park has increased nations healthcare industrial footprint, created employment while a giving the big boost to import substitution for the country. He is a Medical Superintendent, Dr Rajendra Prasad Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences and headed the department of hospital administration, AIIMS New Delhi. He mentored more than 100s postgraduate and PHD students and conducted more than 200 research studies and had published enumerable research papers and books in healthcare administration. He is instrumental in developing and standardizing hospital administration curriculum and is a director of healthcare executive management development programme for senior healthcare executives. His thrust on patient safety, best procurement practices for hospitals, national ambulance code and many more initiatives has revolutionized the hospital administration academics and hospital operations approaches. Dr. Shashi Bala Singh is the director of National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER)-Hyderabad. She is a Distinguished Scientist and served as Director General, Life Sciences (DG LS) in Defence Research and Development Organization and Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences (DIPAS), Delhi. A person with strong will, she has the distinction of serving as the Director of Defence Institute of High-Altitude Research (DIHAR), Leh. She is an alumnus of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) where she obtained her Ph.D. degree in Human Physiology. Dr Singh has been successful in commercialization and transfer of several of her technologies to the industries and has supervised Ph.D. students in Physiology and Life Sciences. She also holds editorship of many journals including Journal of Biomedicine (Physiology section) and Annals of Neurosciences. She has 27 patents and published three books, 27 book chapters and more than 170 research papers in national and international journals of repute. She strongly recommends the environment congenial for synergizing Academics, R & D, Technology, and Industry, through training and exposure.

From 2017 till now I am part of Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone (AMTZ) which is World’s first Integrated Medical Device Manufacturing Ecosystem and Kalam Institute of Technology (KIHT) - a Govt. of India funded technology policy institute under which I assisted Bureau of Indian Standards for formulation of 559 Medical Devices Standards and specifications for Government-e-Market Place (GeM), Govt. of India. Dr.Anuj Mubayi, Ph.D. is a Health Decision Analyst and Mathematical Modeler with an extensive background in academic research and in the healthcare industry.  Dr. Mubayi currently holds many positions. As an Associate Director for one of the leaders in the field of medical sciences, Precision Medicine Group, he leads a highly qualified team of applied mathematicians, data analysts, and health economists at its advance modeling unit of PRECISIONheor. He has over a decade of experience teaching mathematics and holds faculty teaching positions at Illinois State University and Arizona State University.  In addition, he holds Scientific Research positions at the Global Pervasive Computational Epidemiology project and at the Viral Infection Propagation be Through Air-Travel (VIPRA) project.  Dr. Mubayi is also a Section Editor and Communication Editor for the international journal Letters in Biomathematics.
